How did you sleep last night? We all share the experience of sleep, yet some have mastered it while others yearn for a restful night. Join us for an enlightening talk by Natasha Coco Benitez, as she addresses the common struggles of professionals and students alike in achieving restorative sleep.
As a Professor of Strategies in Stress Management at American University and a Workplace Wellness Coach, Coco will present data on our sleeping trends and share effective strategies to enhance your sleep hygiene for a healthier lifestyle. We will explore best practices and understand how our daily habits impact our Zzz's and overall well-being.
Natasha "Coco" Benitez is known for energizing her audiences. In addition to her academic role, she is a sought-after speaker for wellness events, dedicated to promoting mental and physical health. When she's not teaching, you might find her hiking, enjoying a Korean bathhouse, or discovering new restaurants in the DMV with beloved friends.

Prioritizing Wellness: Insights from Your Calendars and Phones
Expo! Expo! IAEE’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition 2024 takes a deep dive into the inner workings of exhibitions and events with six unique learning tracks from thought leaders such as Natasha “Coach Coco” Benitez, Executive Performance Coach and Burnout Prevention Specialist at Coach with Coco.
